The present application provides a motor and a blower. The motor comprises: a stator assembly comprising a stator core and two independent windings. Two axial-direction terminal portions of the stator core are provided with stator teeth protruding and extending toward two axial-direction sides thereof, and the two windings are wound on the two sets of stator teeth, respectively; two independent rotor assemblies oppositely and coaxially disposed at two axial-direction sides of the stator assembly, and forming axial-direction air gaps with the stator assembly, wherein the two rotor assemblies are configured to rotate independently; and two independent rotating shaft assemblies coaxially connected to the two rotor assemblies, respectively, and protruding and extending away from the stator core in an axial direction of the motor. The present application achieves two independent power outputs of one motor, and enables driving two fans to independently rotate at respective rotating speeds and in respective rotating directions without mutual interference, thereby reducing the axial dimension of blowers and lowering costs thereof. The invention provides high practicability, expands functions of blowers, and eliminates gear mechanisms, thereby reducing product manufacturing and installation difficulties.
