Abstract:
A motor braking system for stage lights, comprising a controlled component, a brake motor (400) that drives the controlled component to move, and a controller (500). The brake motor (400) comprises a motor unit (420) and a brake unit (410) for braking the motor unit (420); the brake motor (400) is a power-off locking motor; both the motor unit (420) and brake unit (410) are electrically connected to the controller (500); and when detecting that the motor unit (420) is energized, the controller (500) controls the motor unit (420) to provide a maintaining torque and controls the brake unit (410) to energize to cancel the locked state. The motor braking system for stage lights is provided with a brake motor (400) having a brake unit (410) that locks the motor unit (420) when the stage lights are powered off so as to kept the controlled component in the original position to prevent falling; in addition, when the stage lights are powered on, when detecting that the motor unit (420) is powered on, the controller (500) controls the motor unit to (420) provide in advance a maintaining torque keeping the controlled component in the original position without rotation and controls the brake unit (410) to energize to cancel the locked state, so that the motor unit (420) can start to work normally.
