Abstract:
Disclosed is a motor gearbox capable of implementing a two-way hand-cranking operation for an electric switch machine, comprising a main reduction gearbox. A left hand-cranking shaft is pivotally connected into the main reduction gearbox; the right end of the left hand-cranking shaft is connected to a first hand-cranking gear; the bottom of the first hand-cranking gear is meshed with the top of a motor gear in a motor set; the bottom of the motor gear is meshed with the top of a second gear; the second gear is connected to the right end of a connecting shaft; the left end of the connecting shaft is connected to a third gear; the connecting shaft is pivotally connected to the lower part of a reduction gearbox; a motor shaft is pivotally connected into the motor set; a motor gear is mounted at each of the left and right ends of the motor shaft; a hand-cranking reduction gearbox is mounted on the right side of the motor set; in the hand-cranking reduction gearbox, the left end of a right hand-cranking shaft is connected to a second hand-cranking gear; the second hand-cranking gear is meshed with the motor gear at the right end of the motor shaft; the main reduction gearbox and the hand-cranking reduction gearbox are linked by means of a baffle linkage mechanism. According to the present invention, no matter a switch machine is mounted on the left side or the right side of a turnout, a manual switching operation can be implemented on the side away from the turnout, thereby ensuring the safety of an operator.
