Abstract:
A motor pump, comprising: a variable speed motor (1) provided with a motor controller (2) and a motor shaft (3); at least one variable displacement pump (4, 5) driven by the motor shaft; and a control unit (8) for obtaining the current operating state of the motor pump, the current operating state at least comprising the current rotating speed of the variable speed motor (1) and the current displacement and output pressure of the variable displacement pump (4, 5). The motor pump obtains an updated flow demand; an optimization operation is performed on the basis of the updated flow demand and the current operating state of the motor pump, in the optimization operation, the total efficiency of the motor pump and/or the response time of the motor pump being used as an optimization goal, and the rotating speed of the motor and the displacement of the variable displacement pump being used as optimization variables, so as to obtain an optimized rotating speed of the motor and an optimized displacement of the variable displacement pump; and the rotating speed of the variable speed motor (1) is controlled to be changed to the optimized rotating speed of the motor, and the displacement of the variable displacement pump (4, 5) is controlled to be changed to the optimized displacement of the variable displacement pump. The motor pump can improve the operating efficiency and shorten the response time.
