The present invention relates to the technical field of motors, and in particular to a motor stator and a drive motor. The motor stator comprises a stator body, stator teeth, first tooth tips, and second tooth tips. One end of each stator tooth is connected to the stator body, and the other end thereof is connected to a first tooth tip and a second tooth tip. Any of the stator teeth has two adjacent stator teeth; the first tooth tip faces one of the adjacent stator teeth, and the second tooth tip faces the other one of the adjacent stator teeth; and in the direction between the two ends of each stator tooth, the height of the first tooth tip is greater than that of the second tooth tip. Since the height of the first tooth tip is greater than that of the second tooth tip, in a section perpendicular to the axis of the motor stator, the area of the first tooth tip is greater than that of the second tooth tip, such that an output torque of one rotation direction can be improved; and by using the rotation direction as a rotation direction having a demand for a large peak torque, the waste of the rotation torque output capability of the drive motor can be reduced.
