Abstract:
The present invention relates to a motor comprising: a stator; and a rotor disposed rotatably with respect to the stator, wherein the rotor comprises: a rotating shaft; a rotor core coupled to the rotating shaft and having a flux barrier perforated in the axial direction; and a connection part made of a non-magnetic member and formed to connect the outer rim and inner rim of the flux barrier to each other in the radial direction of the rotor core. Accordingly, the occurrence of deformation of the flux barrier due to centrifugal force can be suppressed.
