Abstract:
Disclosed is a motorcycle helmet lens mounting structure, comprising: bases (100), which are respectively fixedly mounted on two sides of a helmet main body (200), wherein each of the bases comprises a base main body (110), a locking mechanism (120) and a limiting member (130), the base main body (110) is provided with a shaft core (111) and an arc-shaped clamping groove (112), the limiting member (130) is connected to the shaft core (111) such that a mounting gap (113) is formed between the limiting member (130) and the base main body (110), and the side wall of the arc-shaped clamping groove (112) is provided with a notch (114); the locking mechanism (120), which is mounted on the base (100) to limit the opening and closing of the notch (114); and a lens (300), wherein insertion ports (310) are provided at the tail ends of two sides, and an inner side wall is provided with retaining pins (320). During mounting, the locking mechanism (120) is opened, the insertion ports (310) are inserted into the mounting gaps (113), and meanwhile the retaining pins (320) enter the arc-shaped clamping grooves (112) through the notches (114); when the locking mechanisms (120) are closed, the lens (300) rotates around the shaft cores (111), and meanwhile, the retaining pins (320) move in the arc-shaped clamping grooves (112); and when the lens (300) is mounted and dismounted, the lens (300) can be quickly mounted and dismounted merely by directly and manually controlling the locking mechanisms (120) to be opened and closed, without using screws or other tools. The electric motorcycle helmet lens mounting structure is simple in terms of structure, convenient to operate and high in terms of mounting and dismounting efficiency.
