Disclosed is a mounting device for directly bonding a bracket (3) to a dental surface, the mounting device belonging to the field of bracket bonding. The mounting device comprises a tray (1) and a mounts (2), wherein each mount (2) is used for mounting a bracket (3), the mount (2) comprises a support (4) and a positioning clip (5), the tray (1) serves as a support seat for mounting the mount (2), and the support (4) serves as a fixed support member, with one end thereof being fixedly connected to a tongue side or a lip side of the tray (1); the positioning clip (5) acts as a rotation member, and is used for being connected to the bracket (3) to adjust the position of the bracket (3); and the positioning clip (5) comprises a damping rotation shaft (6), the damping rotation shaft (6) cooperates with the support (4), the positioning clip (5) rotates around the support (4) by means of the damping rotation shaft (6), and the support (4) and the tray (1) are of an integrally-formed structure or a detachable structure. Suspension can be realized by means of the positioning clip (5) , and the structure has the advantages of being easy to assemble, saving time, having a high bonding precision, etc.
