Abstract:
The present invention relates to a movable pipe chamfering machine for chamfering a corner part of a pipe for the welding of cut pipes, and a movable pipe outer diameter chamfering machine for improving welding, wherein the outer diameter of a pipe having various outer diameter sizes can be simply chamfered with a simple structure. The present invention is implemented by: respectively fixing a vertical plate and a support plate in perpendicular directions to each other by a semicircular chamfering angle adjustment plate at both sides of the head of the movable chamfering machine; fixing a vertical fixing plate on the outside of the vertical plate such that a horizontal fixing plate is fixed on the front end of the vertical fixing plate so as to be perpendicular thereto; coupling a right side-opened square-shaped link to the vertical fixing plate such that an exterior roller coming into close contact with the outside of a pipe is provided to the front end of the right side-opened square-shaped link and the right side-opened square-shaped link is moved in the vertical direction by an exterior roller adjustment screw provided to the horizontal fixing plate; providing a movement body at the lower side of the horizontal fixing plate such that the movement body is moved in the vertical direction by an interior roller adjustment screw provided to the horizontal fixing plate; and an interior roller, of which the compression force is adjusted by a spring and coming into close contact with the inside of the pipe, is provided to the movement body.
