Abstract:
A moving bed adsorption tower and a flue gas purification system. The moving bed adsorption tower comprises a tower body (1), a distributor (2), and a plurality of material dropping pipes (3). The tower body (1) is internally provided with a cavity; the tower body (1) is provided with a material feeding port (111), a material discharging port (141), a flue gas inlet (131), and a flue gas outlet (121) which are in communication with the cavity; the cavity has a gas intake section (13), a packing section (12), and a gas output section (11) in a flow direction of flue gas, the packing section (12) being used to be filled with an adsorbent; the distributor (2) is provided in the tower body (1); the distributor (2) is provided with a plurality of material dropping ports (22); the distributor (2) is located below the packing section (12), so that the adsorbent in the packing section (12) flows out through the material dropping port (22); the plurality of material dropping pipes (3) correspond to the plurality of material dropping ports (22) on a one-to-one basis; the material dropping pipe (3) is located below the material dropping port (22) and is spaced apart from the material dropping port (22) so as to facilitate the flow of the flue gas; the flue gas inlet (131) is located below the material dropping port (22); and the material dropping pipe (3) is located above the material discharging port (141). The moving bed adsorption tower has the advantages of uniform adsorption and a good adsorption effect.
