Abstract:
A moving frame and a shower assembly. The shower assembly comprises the moving frame, the moving frame being used in cooperation with a rod having a guide rail groove. The moving frame comprises a frame body, wherein a matching boss (203) is arranged on the frame body; the matching boss (203) is movably fixed in the guide rail groove, such that the frame body is fixed on the rod in an adjustable manner; a roller (220) is rotatably mounted on the matching boss (203); and the matching boss (203) is configured to be in a rolling fit with the guide rail groove by means of the roller (220).
