Abstract:
A multi-axis motion device, comprising a housing (1), an X-axis motion component (2), a Y-axis motion component (3), a Z-axis motion component (4), a θ-axis motion component (5), and a connecting component (6). The connecting component (6) is provided in the housing (1). The θ-axis motion component (5) comprises a fourth transfer part (52) provided inside the connecting component (6) and an output end movably connected to one end of the fourth transfer part (52). The output end extends out of the housing (1) and is bent. The motion of the multi-axis motion device in different directions is not interfered with each other, the position repeatability is high, the fault tolerance rate is high, and the accuracy and flexibility of multi-axis motion are improved.
