Abstract:
A multi-bank array-type capacitor circuit, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first cap bank that includes first to m-th switched-capacitor circuits connected in parallel with each other, wherein the first to m-th switched-capacitor circuits have capacitances different from each other according to a first weight; and a second cap bank that is connected in parallel to the first cap bank, and includes first to m-th switched-capacitor circuits connected in parallel with each other, wherein the first to m-th switched-capacitor circuits have different capacitances according to a second weight different from the first weight.
