Disclosed are a multi-functional nursing apparatus and a manufacturing method. The multi-functional nursing apparatus comprises: a U-shaped outer air bag (1) with a first opening provided on an inner side, a power source, a main support (3), and several massage assemblies (4) provided on the main support (3), wherein an inner air bag (2) with a second opening is provided inside the outer air bag (1); the inner air bag (2) and the outer air bag (1) are assembled in a sealed manner at the first opening and the second opening; the main support (3) is provided inside the inner air bag (2); and the main support (3) is further provided with a drive assembly (8) for driving the massage assemblies (4) so that same are positioned inside the inner air bag (2) or outside the inner air bag (2). The multi-functional nursing apparatus can either serve as a common neck pillow or a neck massager, and has the advantages of occupying a small storage space, having multiple functions, being easily maintained, and having a high production efficiency.
