Abstract:
A multi-kilogram-level knotless thread preparation process, comprising the following steps: mixing raw materials, drying, extruding and melting the dried raw materials by a screw extruder, spinning, cooling, oiling, winding and forming. Nylon threads prepared by the multi-kilogram-level knotless thread preparation process have advantages of good toughness and rigidity, simple and continuous process, high production efficiency, and stable product quality.
