Abstract:
This multi-layered sliding member 1 comprises: a back metal 2; a porous metal sintered layer 4 integrally bonded to one surface 3 of the back metal 2; and a cover layer 7 filled in and covering pores 5 and a surface 6 of the porous metal sintered layer 4. The cover layer 7 comprises an addition-type thermosetting polyimide resin composed of: a polytetrafluoroethylene resin matrix phase; and 1-30 mass% of a bisallylnadiimide compound dispersedly contained in the polytetrafluoroethylene resin matrix phase.
