A multi-shift thrombolytic device, comprising: a CPU control unit (160), a key control unit (150), a programmable logic control unit (FPGA) (120), a display unit (100), a power amplification unit (110), an impedance matching circuit (140), a thrombolytic probe (170), a current and voltage detector (180) and a power source unit (130); the key control unit (150) issues an instruction signal, and transmits the instruction signal to the CPU control unit (160); the CPU control unit (160) analyzes and processes the instruction signal; the programmable logic control unit (120) receives the processed and analyzed instruction signal to generate a first pulse stimulation signal; the display unit (100) displays an ultrasonic wave frequency signal, a sound pressure signal and a pulse width signal; the power amplification unit (110) amplifies the first pulse stimulation signal, and generates a second pulse stimulation signal; and the thrombolytic probe (170) converts the second pulse stimulation signal into an ultrasonic wave. The multi-shift thrombolytic device generates ultrasonic waves of different frequencies, sound pressures, pulse widths and pulse frequencies as required, and effectively treats thrombi of varying degrees of different patients.
