Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of fitness equipment, and disclosed in the present invention is a multi-stage adjusting system of an exercise bicycle for leg exercise. The system comprises two support plates positioned on two sides of an exercise bicycle cushion and used for supporting thighs, a bottom plate positioned under the support plates and fixedly connected to an exercise bicycle body, and an elastic device connected to the support plates and the bottom plate. According to the present invention, by means of the design of the support plates, the bottom plate, and the elastic device, riding resistance of the exercise bicycle is increased, muscle exercise of the inner sides of thighs is improved, and the exercise bicycle is particularly suitable for people with robust bodies to exercise.
