Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control method and system for a detachable gas oven, comprising a controller, a plurality of temperature sensors, electromagnetic valves, stepper motors, and a remote control terminal. The plurality of temperature sensors are respectively installed on the plurality of stations. The controller generates a control signal and sends the control signal to a driver by means of a communication network, such that the driver generates a driving signal according to the control signal and sends the driving signal to a multi-station cooperative control system. The multi-station cooperative control system controls the stepper motors and the electromagnetic valves of all the stations according to the driving signal. According to the multi-station parallel synchronous and asynchronous control controller for the gas oven, by using the controller, a plurality of oven plates can be simultaneously controlled to work, and one oven plate can also be controlled to work independently, such that the working efficiency can be improved, the practicability is improved, menu-type storage can also be realized, and by means of remote app control, the device is a detachable device.
