Abstract:
Disclosed is a multi-station self-adaptive walnut shell pre-breaking system, comprising a feeding device (I) and a shell pre-breaking device (II), wherein the feeding device (I) comprises a feeding box, a single-screw conveyer (1-19) and a double-screw conveyer (I-18) are arranged in the feeding box, the rotation direction of the single-screw conveyer (1-19) and the rotation direction of the double-screw conveyer (I-18) are the opposite of each other, and an adjustable spring partition plate (I-09) is arranged below the single-screw conveyer (1-19) and the double-screw conveyer (I-18); the shell pre-breaking device (II) comprises a shell pre-breaking box body (II-01), a plurality of squeezing stations are arranged in the shell pre-breaking box body (II-01), and each of the squeezing stations is provided with a shell pre-breaking assembly; each shell pre-breaking assembly comprises a material-dropping U-shaped plate (II-03) and a squeezing U-shaped plate (II-04); a first end of each material-dropping U-shaped plate (II-03) is hinged to the shell pre-breaking box body (II-01), and a second end of the material-dropping U-shaped plate (II-03) is pushed to move by means of a material-dropping cam (II-18); the end, opposite the first end of the corresponding material-dropping U-shaped plate (II-03), of each squeezing U-shaped plate (II-04) is pushed to move by means of a squeezing cam (II-02), and the end, opposite the second end of the corresponding material-dropping U-shaped plate (II-03), of each squeezing U-shaped plate (II-04) is hinged to the shell pre-breaking box body (II-01); when the material-dropping cam (II-18) moves, the squeezing cam (II-02) is in a far-away resting state; and when the squeezing cam (II-02) moves, the material-dropping cam (II-18) is in a far-away resting state.
