Abstract:
A method for preparing a multicolor gradient digital yarn knitted fabric, comprising the following steps: A) a yarn producing process: cyan cotton fiber, magenta cotton fiber, and yellow cotton fiber are used as raw materials for roving spinning, a digital spinning machine is used for spinning yarn, the amount of change in the gradient blending ratio of different colors is 15%, the change length at each ratio is 10 cm; and plying is conducted on 30S spun gradient yarn and 30S pure yellow yarn; and B) a knitting process using a flat knitting machine: knitting is conducted on a computer flat knitting machine, fabric weave of single-face plain stitch type is used for the fabric; and the coursewise density is 62.5/10 cm, and the walewise density is 39/10 cm. The fabric has a unique style, rich gradation and a good three-dimensional effect, is fashionable, and has a wide application prospect.
