Abstract:
Steam-assisted multifunction pyrolytic oven comprising at least one cooking chamber (1) closed by a door (2), a control panel (3), a control circuit (4), one or more thermoelectric heating elements (5a, 5b), a tank (6) for water or liquid to be vaporized, a thermoelectric element (7) for the vaporization of the liquid contained in the tank (6), an electric fan (8), at least one temperature sensor (9). The new oven allows traditional or steam cooking, complete self-cleaning by pyrolysis only or through a treatment in combination with steam which takes less time compared to the conventional self-cleaning pyrolytic ovens.
