Title:
MULTIFUNCTIONAL DYNAMIC RADIATOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/141560
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Multifunctional dynamic radiators are related to domestic heating radiators and clothes drying racks. It consists of multiple heating layers (sections) (27, 30, 28). Each heating layer of dynamic radiator is linked to the next layer through several rotary joints (14) at the tip. It enables the opening and folding of dynamic radiator for multifunctional use. Multifunctional dynamic radiators consist of two parallel tubular pillars (6) in each heating layers. These tubular pillars of each heating layer are connected to the following heating layer's tubular pillars through rotary joints (14). Rotary joints contain fixed and rotating pieces. These pieces freely rotate around the rotary joint axles that are protected by mechanical seals to prevent any leakage. Rotary joints link tubular pillars at the threshold and tips in order to ensure uninterrupted flow of heating medium between layers. Additionally, cross section of tubular pillars allows sufficient flow of heating medium. Each heating layer (section) of multifunctional dynamic radiator comprises a series of support cross members (7) installed between two parallel tubular pillars. These support cross members have tubular shape. They extend to the related tubular pillars. Support cross members have an embedded reducer mechanism (68) and/or ball valve (67) in order to ensure easy control of heating medium flow that is maintained between two parallel tubular pillars. This flexibility gives the advantage in manageable opening and folding of sections of multinational dynamic radiator. It enables horizontal and vertical sections. Horizontal sections heat up a larger amount of air around cross members. Through folded sections, the heated air helps to dry a certain amount of clothes or create a sauna environment.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26)

Description:
MULTIFUNCTIONAL DYNAMIC RADIATOR

Technical Field:

Invention, the foldable multifunctional dynamic radiator, is related to domestic heating radiators and clothes drying racks. Existing invention is related to domestic heating radiator. Heating is provided with electric energy or other heat sources. It contains multiple sections which flexibly folded up and down. Sections are connected with rotary joints to each other. Rotary joints are completely sealed and provide rotary connection. Each section contains two pillars in parallel tubular design with a series of support cross members in between. When the sections are open in U-form, it creates an enclosed and hot environment in favor of clothes drying. Additionally, it enables a hot sauna environment when opening the sections in L-form. This invention protects the human health. It dries the clothes in an enclosed area. It traps the harmful vapor stemming from the clothes drying process and discharges this vapor from the indoor atmosphere through defined method. Moreover, it helps the household save the spaces allocated for the traditional clothes drying racks, and thus brings them comfort. It also helps to save energy as an alternative for clothes dryer machines with high electricity consumption. The enclosed area created by the multifunctional dynamic radiator helps to preserve the new clothes odor by drying within the area.

State of The Art:

Domestic heating radiators and towel drying and warming racks are already common. They are formed in tubular shapes. They consist of layers. In addition, they are manufactured in decorative and non-decorative models. At the same time, all of them are solid and not flexible. Even if they are formed in layers, all layers are fixed to each other through solid connection parts. Due to this solid and non-flexible feature, radiators are mounted on a wall as a group of tubular solid elements and serve a single function in domestic models. Moreover, they take up a space that could be used for more functions. Additionally, they pose an obstacle for human health and energy saving.

SUBSTITUTE SHEETS (RULE 26) State of the art radiators cannot dry sufficient amount of clothes. For this purpose, radiators are integrated with more drying racks to be able to dry more clothes. However, drying racks take up large spaces in radiators. It is a quite major disadvantage.

In conclusion, there is a need for a multifunctional dynamic radiator that overcomes the state of art and any disadvantages.

Brief Description of the Invention:

The invention is a dynamic radiator that overcome the state of the art and disadvantages and retain additional features.

Aim of the invention is to present a new foldable dynamic radiator that has foldable integrated drying rack parts.

Aim of the existing invention is to serve as a multifunctional dynamic domestic heating radiator with multiple parts. Each section consists of two parallel tubular pillars. These two parallel tubular pillars have a series of tubular cross members placed vertically in between. Tubular cross members extend to tubular pillars. Each tubular cross member contains a ball valve and/or a reducer mechanism to monitor the heating medium flow. Two parallel tubular pillars have sufficient cross-sectional area to ensure the sufficient function of radiator. Tips of two parallel tubular pillar in one section of the radiator connects to the tips of next section of the radiator’s tubular pillars. Tubular pillars of each section are connected to the following heating section's tubular pillars through rotary joints. Rotary joints hold the sections securely and enable the rotation of sections around the joint axis freely.
