Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional exercise apparatus with a rope band having a simple configuration, in which: various bodybuilding exercises, which had previously required the use of muscle training devices and dumbbells or the like, can simply be conducted with a single apparatus; and the length of the exercise apparatus can be adjusted according to various types of aerobic exercises such as jumping rope, stretching, and remedial exercises or the like, wherein the exercise apparatus comprises: a plurality of handles (10) which are integrally assembled, respectively, and are separable from each other; a length-adjusting groove (11) which is formed on one part of said handles (10), and adjusts the length of a rope band (2); and a rotary roller (20) which is installed on one part of said length-adjusting groove (11), and allows a rope for a jump rope to be smoothly moved.
