Abstract:
A multifunctional grinder, comprising a motor (1), a speed reducer (3) connected to the motor (1), a grind disk body (5) connected to the speed reducer (3), a cover plate (20) and a grind disk liner plate (6) arranged on an upper side of the grind disk body (5), and a plurality of grind roller apparatuses; an air channel casing body (9) is provided at an outer lower side of the grind disk body (5), and an air through channel (11) is formed from spacing between the air channel casing body (9) and an outer side of the grind disk body (5); a grind machine intermediate casing (23) is provided at an outer upper side of the grind disk body (5), the motor (1) is a variable frequency motor, a counter impact crush plate (7) is fixedly provided at an inner side of the air channel casing body (9), and a plurality of crush hammers (12) are fixedly provided at an upper side of the periphery of the grind disk body (5). The present multifunctional grinder integrates crushing, grinding, and drying, has high grinding efficiency and low energy consumption, is usable in a wide range of applications, and is highly adaptable; By utilizing a variable frequency speed adjustment motor, rotational speed can be adjusted without the need to replace the speed reducer and infrastructure, adjusting is convenient, and costs are reduced; crushing and drying functions may be used as necessary, and the grinding function may also be used, having a large market size and also able to reduce capital risk for investors.
