Abstract:
A multifunctional massage yoga roller, comprising a plurality of evenly spaced mount strips (1), adjacent mount strips (1) are laterally movably connected along lengthwise directions thereof, the plurality of mount strips (1) are able to be surroundingly combined to form a roller body, and a support assembly (2), used for supporting the mount strips (1) in surroundingly combining and forming the roller body, is rotatably connected at an inner surface of the roller body; said yoga roller further comprises a massage pad body, the massage pad body comprises connection strips (3) engaged on the mount strips (1) and a massage pad integrally formed on the connections strips (3); positioning blocks (31) are provided on the connection strips (3), and positioning holes (11) that matchingly engage with the positioning blocks (31) are provided on the mount strips (1). The present massage yoga roller possesses an advantageous quality of facilitating a user in switching different massage pad bodies and switching out a worn massage pad body, so as to improve the effect of the yoga roller in assisting exercise.
