Title:
MULTIPLEX COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND WORK MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/088214
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a multiplex communication system and a work machine wherein the occasions of attaching and detaching optical communication cables can be reduced, thereby suppressing the occurrence of communication failure caused by dust or the like. In an electronic component mounting apparatus, a multiplex apparatus 5 of a head part that can be attached to and detached from a Y-axis slider is connected to a multiplex apparatus 1 via an electric communication cable 121. In this way, the multiplex apparatus 5, from which the cable is often detached, is connected via the electric communication cable 121 for which the occurrence of communication failure caused by dust or the like is relatively rare. On the other hand, the multiplex apparatus 1 and a multiplex apparatus 3, from which the cable is rarely detached, are connected to each other via an optical communication cable 120. The multiplex apparatus 1 separates, from frame data FRMD1 received from the multiplex apparatus 3, the data that are directed to input/output equipment 271, multiplexes only the data that are directed from the multiplex apparatus 3 to the multiplex apparatus 5, and then transfers the multiplexed data to the multiplex apparatus 5 via the electric communication cable 121.
