Description:
MULTIPURPOSE BED WHICH CAN BE USED

BY PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS ALSO

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention, generally speaking, belongs to the field of furniture and to the equipment for household and for special institutions, and specifically refers to the multipurpose bed intended both for sitting and lying, and for use in hotels, kindergartens, hospitals, etc. These can therefore effectively be used as a consumer product by any person, and likewise the persons with allergic diseases and those with other special needs.

According to the International Patent Classification (IPC, IntCI 8 ), the subject of the invention is classified and labeled with basic classification symbol A47C 17/66 which define an adjustable bed having specially-adapted body-carrying surfaces.

Since there goes on the beds that depending on its purpose, beside the bed tray can have mattress of different thickness, therefore the present invention can be labeled by an additional, secondary classification symbol A47C 27/15 by which has been marked the mattress with foamed material inlays consisting of two or more layers. Since the bed tray and mattress are made of springs fixed by corresponding strips, so the present invention can be labeled by an additional secondary classification symbol A47C 23/24 which refers to the mattresses with springs using tensioned textile or other non-resilient strips.

TECHNICAL PROBLEM

The technical problem which is solved by the invention consists in the following: how to design the structure of the bed in which it would be possible by washing to maintain high hygiene and thus eliminate allergens in it, and consisting of stand, bearing and mattress with a core of interchangeable springs forming consistent, resilient lying surface of different thickness, with a large number of flexible points, and for which will be at lying and sitting achieved maximum comfort and anatomical customization to the body shape of the user, with the possibility of adjusting the bed tray hardness by the selecting the strength of each spring, where will be enabled simple and easy disassembling, assembling and replacement of parts.

BACKGROUND ART

The bed was one of the first items that man began to make and to use, creating to themselves the conditions for a better residence and more comfortable resting. As humans have expanded their knowledge, so the bed was changed in accordance with the technology development, continuously making the bed more beautiful, long-lasting, and more functional while improving conditions for the hygiene maintenance as one of the most important factors of human health.

The changes that were made, were related like to stand of the bed so to the upper lying side of the bed, or to a mattress, that has become an integral part of the bed and therefore has altered his appearance, shape, type of material used, as well the purpose also. The bed is increasingly made as a multipurpose piece of furniture that is next to the rest used for sitting, or most commonly combined sitting and lying. Beside the comforts, important factors of the beds quality become its longevity and the possibility of meeting more strict requirements for hygiene quality maintenance.

Today is in the use a large number of beds, like these widely used in homes, apartments, hotels, dormitories and those specially designed and intended for health care facilities, kindergartens, nursing homes and to the other similar institutions.

The simplest form of the bed stand represents a solid base with flat rigid slats. Straight rigid slats do not have any flexibility, but to hold the mattress into certain stable position and have no other function. The latest generation of bed trays is made of curved, lattoflex slats which under pressure oscillate only by its central parts, while the ends are firmly standing on the edges of the bed frame without the possibility to oscillate. This makes an uneven flexibility and an unequal comfort, on the entire surface of the mattress. The disadvantage of such bed trays was partially corrected by placing elastic elements at the ends of the said slats, whereby the disadvantage remains as from reason that flexibility is not transmitted along the whole s!ats.

Search of patent documentation and a non-patent literature, as well the technical and advertising documents from the respective field has established the following:

The review of patent documentation and non patent literature, and or technical documents from the respective field established the following:

Technical solution shown in the published utility model application DE 9312069 U1 (corresponding to petty patent in our country), refers to a set of vertically movable elements supported by elastic polymer or spring, placed along the transversal slats which per se are not flexible. The disadvantage of this invention is reflected in the absence of possibilities for particular adjustment of each individual element and in that manner individual customizing a spring hardness profile. Although there is a possibility of partial adjustment more of movable elements simultaneously by changing the height of the transversal slats, with tensioning and releasing the laces alternately pulled from the sides of the slats, this still represents an inefficient solution. To such a bed base is also missing the possibility of easy assembling and disassembling, because such bed base is not designed to be disassembled not for the purposes of efficient transport, nor for any other reasons.

A similar solution is shown in published utility model application DE 9321041 U1 , which is somewhat more elegant than in the previously mentioned DE 93212069 U1 , but does not represent any substantial innovation, because the hardness of elastic elements can not be adjusted, not individually, nor at once on multiple elements. Substituting individual elements in the case of damage or spent is complicated and requires complete disassembly of the bed tray. Easy assembly and disassembly of the bed tray is not provided

In the German published patent application DE 441 1703 A1 , shown is the bed in which there is a possibility of adjusting the hardness of the bed tray, by thickening of elastic elements. The elastic elements which are arranged along the transversal slats can move laterally, while these slats can slide along the bed, and their position is fixed by means of two cotters on each side. By the compacting of the elements some extent of the substrate hardness adjustment can be achieved, but only to some extent and therefore this is insufficiently effective solution. Far more effective would be the change of the elastic elements by using the elastic elements with a different hardness, but such an option was not disclosed. Also, in case of damage such bed base requires a complete disassembly for changing a single elastic element. Easy assembly and disassembly of the bed base is not provided. Mounting of particular elements seem clumsy. There is no possibility of subsequent rapid correction of the hardness of individual elements without change. Installation and removal of the bed base are not enough simplified. The structure and method of bed base elastic elements assembly allows the accumulation of dirt, dust and allergens in them, without the possibility of easy cleaning even when the product is completely disassembled.

In the published patent application EP 0653174 A2, is shown a slightly better technical solution the bed at which the elastic members can be changed individually, but only in some embodiments. This substitution, although possible, is not designed to make possible that user individually adjust the hardness of the substrate, so that do not constitute a sufficiently simple and functional solution. Being able to change more elements at once by changing the slat is not provided. Also a defect of these elastic elements is their large complexity, considering that they consist of three parts: elastic bodies, plates and clamps connecting the previous two parts. This is something that unnecessarily raises the price and increases the producing time of the respective substrates. Easy assembly and disassembly of such bed substrate is not provided.

In the published patent application FR 2832042 A1 , are shown elastic elements placed along a transversal bed slats connected into whole. In this way are achieved savings in production, especially in the time required for constructing the bed base, but there is completely lost the ability to the individual hardness configuration of particular elastic elements or replacement of damaged individual elements, and there is also ignored the possibility of adjusting by users the hardness of more elastic elements at once. Easy assembly and disassembly of the bed base is not provided.

Here is particularly emphasized that none of the above inventions has foreseen the possibility of a simple washing with water in order to maintain high levels of hygiene with the elimination of allergens, which significantly influences the efficiency of the bed in accordance with technical problem defined in the present invention. Most of the aforementioned patent documents in the prior art although it includes elastic elements that are distributed all over the surface along the transversal bed slats, does not provide a simple and completely efficient adjustment of the individual hardness profile of the user bed tray. None of the above stated solutions do not allows an easy adjustment of the hardness, or replacement of damaged single elastic element, without a complete disassembly of the bed base. Also none of the above stated solutions do not allows easy adjustment of hardness modifying multiple elastic elements at once. Some of these inventions present a technical solutions that include parts that make them unnecessarily complicated, which increases the price of their production.

We should also emphasize, that not in one of the cited documents exist a technical solution for simple assembly and disassembly of bed tray for ease of transportation and storage.

At the mattress, as part of the bed', in line with the development of technology, were also undertaken some changes presented in its core made of different materials, like wire springs, sponge, wool and a growing number of synthetic materials. Mattress with wire core is the oldest and mostly produced. In such mattress commonly used wire core consists of large-diameter springs (a small number of flexible units) interconnected by wires, and then coated by layers of pressed cloths, of coconut crust fibers and finally by foam layer making in that manner a core which easy collect the dust, mites and other impurities. In addition, these core mattresses are characterized by a short lifespan. Today are used the mattresses with pocketed wire cores which provide a greater comfort, thanking to the growing number of independent springs, but these are also hiding dust and dust mites and are unfit for hygiene maintenance. At the mattresses made of foam, the core is made of foam layers of different hardness. With that is achieved a partial sinking of the body in the bed tray, but the body takes an unnatural position, which very quickly leads to problems in the form of pains along the spine etc. Like the previous one, the mattresses with such a core are inexhaustible collectors of dust and dust mites. In addition, such cores are airtight and therefore cause sweating bodies. In the market there are mattresses with a core of polyurethane foam that is hypoallergenic, but given that this foam is airtight also, in this case, it causes a sweating and discomfort arising from this. Air mattress is inefficient, causes numerous problems, such like anatomical problems as well problems caused by sweating due to the inability of the body ventilation.

It should be noted that none of the existing mattresses mentioned in the previous analysis of the prior art does not offer a laundry and thereby maintaining high levels of hygiene, with the elimination of allergens. Each of these mattresses during time become the place where the dirt is gathered and allergens, such as dust and dust mites, without being able to complete a deep cleanse, which is particularly problematic in the case of people with allergic diseases, who need constant high hygienic living environment. Therefore, mattresses washing impossibility negatively affects the length of its use. Foam mattresses and polyurethane foam mattresses only partially solve the problem because of their difficult ventilation and significantly shorter lifetime. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The essence of the invention is the fact that as per authors idea is constructed the bed consisting of a 6ace, bed tray and the mattress, where the 6ace is designed as a grid structure of the longlongitudinal sides and transversal mounting slats made of waterproof plywood, on which at one end are demountable fixed springs, on whose opposite, free ends are small square plates (plates or other regular geometric forms) that form a resting area whereas each spring represents an elastic unit, which allows great flexibility of lying tray to body form resting on it, i.e. to perform pressure while lying or sitting

The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that the base is made of waterproof plywood, and a tray of high quality hygienic plastic, so that is by washing enabled easy maintenance of high hygiene, thus completely eliminating dirt and allergens, collected in similar products, but which cleaning is not possible to carry out by washing considering the washing as the most effective way of eliminating this problem. The essence of the invention is the fact that the bed base is made as easy but consistent structure, which is thereby quickly and easily foldable and collapsible construction, so that the manipulator may quickly and easily repair or replacement of some of the elements in the event of its damage or may adjust the hardness of the lying tray surface.

Simplicity and speed of change in elastic elements, either individual, or more of them, by moving the supporting slats with inserted springs, while using the bed base and mattress allow to the user an easy adjusting the hardness of parts, both on the bed tray so at the mattress core also. Surely that the target group, in this respect, is not only a population with the spine problems, but also the remaining largest part of the users who want to be preventively saved from these problems or simply want to increase the quality of the beds, in order to achieve a better sleep and rest. The widely used bed trays can be used by people of all ages, and with its different hardness's allows use in a variety of body weights, from children's at least to the largest of adults. Particularly is emphasized that the springs in certain zones of the mattress core of the bed tray are made so, that their hardness change may be achieved without their removing, by simply rotating segments for the hardness correction, which is extremely important, because this intervention can be effected simply, quick and easy, by the user himself, accordingly to their needs.

The novelty of the invention is particularly emphasized by the fact that the springs which are forming the bed tray surface or the mattress core, with one end are free, so that this kind of lying surface allows efficient monitoring of the variations of the loads on it produced by the human bodies, that causes maximal anatomical adaptation of the bed tray to the users body form following his moves.

Particular novelty of this solution is the fact that the springs are produced in three different hardness, so that the combination thereof, according to medical needs, receives the recommended profile of bed tray hardness adapted to the different parts of the body, which is important, as from reason that in this way is achieved the complete comfort to the bed user. Springs hardness are marked with different colors, so that the bed owner knows which parts of the bed tray surface are harder, respectively softer, and if necessary can perform corrections, or individually compiles a profile of bed tray hardness according to his selection.

That what makes this bed significantly different in relation to the beds with similar elastic springs is that the subject springs are made so that contain a movably fixed reinforcing segment, which in the case of the users special needs provides increased hardness of a bedding tray. Hardness correction of elastic springs is done by simply rotation of the reinforcing segment by 90 °, whereby he takes the position by which increases or decreases the hardness of the spring.

The bedding tray and mattress are used for patients who need an especially high level of hygiene, primarily for the purpose of removing the causes of allergies (house dust and mites), also for the people suffering from the spine problems, as well for the general population in order to ensure a better quality, long-term lasting, cleaner and more comfortable anatomic bedding tray, which enables better sleep and rest.

By applying the present invention substituted is the use of various chemical preparations that are normally used for the removal of dust mites and house dust as the cause of allergic diseases, but the same is achieved on a much healthier way without damaging side effects, by simply and frequent washing of bed or bed base, bedding tray and particularly of mattress. In this regard, special novelty is the laundry possibility of mattress, respectively a base and the bedding tray in full, thanking to the fact that these can be simply disassembled, whereby the mattress core is washed under running water, and the other parts of the mattress, its inlay and cover are washed by standard machine-wash or manually. The aforementioned mattress disassembling is also the way to access the mattress core, in order to achieve eventual necessary hardness corrections which also make the novelty in this case.

The base and the bedding tray, according to the invention, are designed to be extremely easy completely dismantled and assembled, whereby so dismantled have an extremely small dimensions and allowing so a maximal utilization of storage space, space in transporting or storage space at the point of sale, respectively the space at user.

The essence of the invention is also the fact that the use of elastic springs, with minor structural variations can relate to a bedding trays, respectively mattresses of non-standard thickness.

The essence of the invention is likewise the fact that by the production of small dimension mattresses, bedding trays and bases, corresponding to sitting areas of office furniture, seats in cars, trucks etc. are made the mats, which in use, provide to the user all the advantages that are already described for the bedding tray lying areas, or for mattresses.

Besides the aforesaid, the subject invention has the following advantages in relation to the known technical solutions, of which the most important are the following: - Significantly are enhanced capabilities for maintaining a high level of hygiene (it is possible to successfully use manual and machine washing of bed parts);

- Significantly greater ability of bedding trays to be adapted to the anatomical needs of individuals;

- A large number of elastic springs with springs hardness correctors that provide a high degree of comfort and bedding trays convenience with easy selection and setting of springs of required hardness;

- Increased consistency and long lasting of the product;

- Very easy storage and transport due to reduced dimensions and the possibility of an economic stacking of disassembled products;

- Manipulation and adjustment of beds to users do not require any training because the bed is simple and easy for use;

-Lying substrates and mattresses are available in three thicknesses, which is essential for rational use in relation to the weight of the user;

- Considering that the springs are made in three different hardness, whose are marked by separate colors, it may be easily seen the hardness of partial bed parts for the sake of expedient utilization of its total area.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Observing figures of the accompanying drawings it may be seen that the multipurpose bed that can be used by people with special needs also, according to the invention, comprises: the base 1 , bedding tray 2 with elastic springs 3, mattress 4 with elastic springs 5, cover 6 and inlay 10. The base 1 is made most favorable from waterproof plywood, or from some similar solid materials. The base 1 has the shape of grids made up of longitudinal sides 7 and their perpendicular carrying slats 8. On longitudinal sides 7 were made evenly spaced rectangular openings 9, while the ends of the transversely oriented supporting slats 8 are made projections 11 corresponding to rectangular openings 9. Assembling the base 1 is performed so that into rectangular openings 9 are inserted projections 11 and then secured in position by bolts 13 which pass, first through tubular openings 14 made in sequence of rectangular openings 9 on longitudinal sides 7 and then through the axial openings 15, made on the ends of carrying slats 8 till perpendicularly made a larger transversal tubular openings 16. The bolts 13 are designed as cylindrical bodies on which ends at one side is a rounded strengthening 17, while their other ends are made in the form of spear end 18 with axial slot 12. Consistency of grid base 1 was achieved by pulling the bolt 13 through the tubular openings 14 and 15, whereby the spear end resides in a transversal opening 16. This opening has dimensions designed so that, when unfolding the base 1, makes it easy to compress the forked spear end 18, due to which it gathers, so it make possible easily pulling the bolt 13, whereupon the longitudinal sides 7 and the carrier slats 8 simply separate. On the carrying slats 8 are on the one side effected transversal recesses 19 made from a wider tubular section 20 of circular cross-section and the narrower duct 21 of rectangular cross-section. The base 1 fixed on that way enable consistent bearing of elastic springs 3, which thus may easily and quickly be disassembled, enabling rapid intervention for repair or replacement of damaged or defective parts, disassembling during washing or removing the bearings, transfer or disposal into the storage area.

Elastic springs 3, according to the invention, are made from polymers for special purposes and designed to be long-lasting and stable, so that can, without damage and changes in the height of the elements, to resist more than three million compaction and are designed so that inserted into the transversal recesses 19 make an consistent bedding tray 2, while slightly modified and interconnected form the core of the mattress 4. Like it can be easy seen on the Figures 10, 11, 12, 22, 23 elastic spring 3 consists of a larger spring segments 23 composed of two pairs of oppositely positioned at an angle of 45 ° a broken (zigzag) arms 24, 27, interconnected by a horizontal plate 37 so that in the vertical cross section have the appearance of an irregular hexahedron whose upper edge is mutual with elastic segment 26 in which the arms 27, 28 are of the same shape as the arms 24, 25, only slightly shorter of them, whereby, according to one variant solution, at the center of a horizontal side 29 of this segment is made an circular opening 38 through which is pulled through a safety pin 30 which secures a spring hardness corrector 31 , but according to another simpler embodiment, on the top of the horizontal side 29 perpendicularly is integrally made a two-part extension 41 containing connector 39 and rounded strengthening 40, by which to the elastic spring 3 is fixed the horizontal plate 50. Spring hardness corrector 31 consists of a horizontal square plate 32, Figures 16, 17, which in cross section has the appearance of a square plate whose center is a circular carrying surface 42 with a coaxial recess 43 in the center of which is perpendicularly integrally made safety pin 30 in form of cylinder with diameter slightly smaller than the round opening 38 with the top 44 in the form of spear-end. At the vertices of plate 32 are angled L strengthening's 45 associated with reinforced circular segments 46 by which it is achieved significantly greater plate 32 consistency On two opposite sides of the plate 32 are integrally formed reinforcing arms 33, 34, 35 which are displayed as broken (zigzag), interconnected rectangular surfaces, whereby the angle of inclination between the arms 33, 34, equal to the angle of inclination between the legs 24, 27. Fixture of spring hardness corrector 31 to that elastic spring 3 is performed by passing the safety pin 30 through a round opening 38 on a horizontal side 29 and by its suppression into direction of the axis of springs 3, whereby the arms 33, 34, 35 rest on the arms 24, 27 and to them two opposite arms 25, 28. Thus situated corrector 31 increases the hardness of the elastic spring 3, which so hardened, in line with the needs of the user, can be placed within the mattress on the places where it is needed to get stiffer lying area. In cases when it is not necessary to achieve the increased hardness of the spring, the spring hardness corrector 31 rotates 90° while arms 33, 34, 35 remain free and have no additional hardening function.

When bedding tray 2 does not require elastic elements of particular hardness, it is possible to use a simpler version of elastic springs, which are made so that the horizontal plate 50 in this case, in the center of the coaxial notch 43 has carried out a two-part recess 47, whereas at a rim of circumference of coaxial notch 43 is made a wider rectangular opening 48 with a sloping end 51 , which in its continuation has a narrower, slightly longer opening 49. Connecting a horizontal plate 50 with an elastic spring 3 is effected by means of a two-part extension 41 , so that the connector 39 is inserted into the opening 48 and pull through a narrow opening 49 whereby is the consistency achieved by using rounded strengthening 40. Another, simpler variant of resilient spring, is using an elastic spring in which is the horizontal plate 50 integrally made with broken (zigzag) elastic arms 24, 27. The horizontal plate 50 may have, in the section, the appearance of a regular polygon, and Figure 13, shows the horizontal plate 50 of round shape, whereby the connection way with other elements of elastic springs 3 are identical likewise as it is square in shape.

The formation of the bedding tray 2 is effected so that the shorter integrated two-part extension 41 , placed at the lower horizontal side 69 of elastic spring 3, with connector 39 and rounded strengthening 40, is fixed to the carrying slat 8, so that the connector 39 is inserted into the transversal recess 19, whereby the connector 39 is mounted in the duct 21 and into the tubular section 20 is mounted a rounded strengthening 40. Such connection of elastic spring 3 and the base of the bedding tray 2 are shown on prototypes as consistent with the remark that installation of elastic springs 3 and their replacement is very simple and can be done in a short period of time.

When it is necessary, by a simple change of elastic springs is possible to achieve thicker bedding tray, being used an elastic springs 52 made up of two pairs of elastic arms 57, 58, connected by bottom 59, whereby arms 57 are slightly smaller than the central arms 58. On the free ends of the elastic arms 57 are horizontal sides 54, 55, whereby on the outer side of the horizontal sides 54 are integrally made a two-part extension 41 , by which the elastic springs are releasable attached to the carrier slats 8, whilst on horizontal side 55 is a either a circular opening through which is threaded a safety pin (30) for fixing the spring hardness corrector 31 or, if there is no need for the use of this corrector, the two-part extension 41 , by which is fastened the horizontal plate 50.

In exceptional cases when is required a large thickness of the bedding tray, Figure 37 and 38, it is formed by the elastic springs 53, which consists of three pairs of integrally connected elastic arms 70, 71 , 72, 73, 74, 75, where arms 70, 75 at the ends are equal and slightly shorter in relation to the four inner arms 71 , 72, 73, 74, which are mutually equal, wherein the arms 71 ,72 and arms 73, 74 interconnected by a hollow prismatic bases 76, 77, which have already been described and are provided for pulling through the connecting strips

36. On the horizontal sides 56 are integrally made a two-part extensions 41 , by which the elastic springs are releasable attached to the carrier slats 8, while on the horizontal side 60 is a circular opening through which is threaded a safety pin 30 for fixing the spring hardness corrector 31. If there is no need for any of this correctors, on the horizontal side 60 is made a two-part extension 41 , by which is secured a horizontal plate 50.

The bedding tray 2 formed by elastic springs 3 is composed of a large number of mutually connected flexible points i.e. elastic springs 3, which, just because of that, provide exceptional comfort and adjusting the hardness of the bedding tray surface, so for example, on the standard bedding tray surface 90x200 cm, according to the example displayed on a drawing in order to prove the feasibility of the invention is about 500 elastic springs 3, wherein their hardness and layout are easily being adjusted according to user needs. Elastic springs 3 are made in three colors so that each color denotes spring hardness, and since these can be easily adjusted, this means that within a short period of time are customizable to specific needs of users.

Since the inventor has noted that the thickness of the bedding tray has a significant effect on the exercise of the bed user comfort, he has, with some minor modifications, integrating the above described elastic elements, composed an accomplished bedding tray, viewed vertically, two interconnected elastic springs, figure 36 or three, also with each other integrally connected elastic springs, figures 37, 38, to which may also, as described above be fixed spring hardness corrector 31.

Mattresses 4, according to the invention, comprise the core 62 that is made of the interconnected elastic springs 5, cover 6, and upper part 10. Covers 6 is adapted in order by size, and shape to the core and is made of a natural, durable material, easy for washing and around the perimeter of the sides is sewn zipper 65, by which the cover 6 is quickly and easily removed from the core 62. Thus, the core 62 remains free, and are easily cleaned with water or specific solutions that ensure a high level of hygiene. Thus cleansed core 62 is very quickly dried, after which by simply pulling a clean, cover-6, for a short time can be used again. Between cover 6 and horizontal plates 50 on one side and the carrying plate 63 and covers 6 on the other side of the core, are placed inlays 10. These inlays are made of multilayer synthetic wadding 64, (koflin) or similar natural material, which is placed between two linen 61 with which is stitched together in a certain pattern design. Such an inlay 10 provide maximum breathability of bedding tray surface, preventing direct contact of the body with horizontal panels 50 and act thermo inert designed to provide comfort to the user of mattress. It is also important that the inlays 10 are detachable from the rest of the mattress 4, enabling their independent manual and machine washing, after which dry quickly and immediately return to function. In order to increase consistency of core 62, elastic springs 5 are made so that the bottom surface of the mattress 4 consists of the carrying plate 63, over integrally made horizontal sides 69 or bottom 22, connected to the arms 24, 25, whereby the consistent connection is established either by connection of elastic springs 5 respectively through the connector 67 and the side ledge 66 or by pulling crosswise oriented strips 36 through the bottom 22, Figures 41, 42. The bottom 22 is designed as a hollow four-sided prismatic body, with at one end integrally connected larger spring segment 23 composed of two pairs of oppositely positioned arms 24, 25, broken (zigzag) at an angle of 45°, so that in a vertical cross section have the appearance of an irregular hexahedron whose upper edge is common for the same elastic segment 26 in which the arms 27, 28 are slightly shorter than the arms 24, 25, wherein is at the center of the horizontal side 29 of this segment made an circular opening 38 through which is threaded safety pin 30 to secure the spring hardness corrector 31 , while at the lower end of the larger spring segment 23 are integrally made a bottom 22 with a two-part extension 41. The carrying plate 63 in top view has in cross-section the appearance of a square whose center is a circular carrying surface 42 with a coaxial notch 43 in which is a two-part recess 47 wherein is at the rim of coaxial notch 43 made a wider rectangular opening 48 with sloping ending 51 and in its continuation a narrower, slightly longer opening 49. Connecting the carrying plate 63 with the horizontal side 69 respectively with the bottom 22 can be achieved by making it as integrally made with elastic spring 5 or it is done by using a two-part extension 41. At the vertices of a carrying plate 63 are angled L reinforcements 45 associated with reinforced circular segments 46 by which it is achieved significantly greater consistency of the carrying plate 63. In examining the functionality of the subject solutions inventor has demonstrated single-core 62, Figure 44, in which the elastic spring 5 is made in such a way that, broken (zigzag) elastic arms 78, 79, are mutually perpendicular, while the horizontal plates 80 are connected to the arms 78, 79, wherein on the transition between the free arm 78 and horizontal plates 80, are positioned bottom 83, through which are drawn plastic strips 36, thus ensuring the consistency of the mattress 4. If the user requires particular mattress firmness, or respectively the hardness of the mattress 4, Figure 45, the arms of elastic springs are designed so that are made as two pairs of equal, perpendicularly placed broken (zigzag) arms 81 , 82, with whom over the bottom 83 and the arms 82 connected horizontal plates 80.

On the carrying plate 63 arranged at the bottom of the core 62 are integrally formed a side ledges 66 and connectors 67. As it can be seen in figures 20, 21, side ledges 66 are shaped like the letter "U" with reinforced ends 68, while connectors 67 are in the form of cylinder with diameter equal opening in the side ledge 66. Interconnection of adjacent elastic springs 5 is effected so that cylindrical connectors 67 are inserted by simply pressing into the side ledges

66, whereby is achieved joint connection that allows flexible connection of elastic springs 5 that make a consistent lying surface of mattress, wherein the ends of the elastic springs 5 are free, enabling their complete flexibility to the form of the user's body. Therein we should bear in mind that around the perimeter of the mattress core from external lateral sides, on the carrying plates

63 are omitted a side ledges 66 and connectors 67. By pulling the strips 36, made of the same material as the elastic spring 5, through the bottom 22, it is received a new variant solution with additional consistency of lying surface, respectively of mattress 4, Figure 42. Fastening of strips

36 is performed so that their ends will be thermally connectes to the bottom 22 of elastic springs

5, positioned on the sides of the mattress 4. In the case of such variant solution horizontal carrying plate 63 gets changed by horizontal plate 50, which is with her all the same, except that has no side ledges 66 and connectors 67, because the connecting is achieved by strips 36.

Double layer core 62 of the mattress 4, figure 34, is composed of elastic springs 52 that form two pairs integrally, over the bottom 59 associated elastic arms 57, 58, made so that the arms 57 are slightly smaller in relation to the central arm 58. On the free ends of the elastic arm 57 are horizontal sides 54, 55, whereby on the horizontal side 54 is integrally made a two-part extension 41 , by which is releasable secured the horizontal plate 50, while on the horizontal side 55 is a circular opening through which is by means of safety pin 30, as per previously described way, secured a spring hardness corrector 31. If there is no need for using corrector 31 on the horizontal sides 55 is designed two-part extension 41 , by which is secured a horizontal plate 50. Through bottom 59, as previously described way, is crosswise passed a strips 36. Similar like as in single-core 62 mattress in the case of special need it is possible to apply the known technical solution according to which the elastic springs 5, figure 46, are made from two pairs of elastic broken (zigzag) arms 84, 85, 86, 87, mutually perpendicular, and joined by bottom 88, through which are passed a plastic strips 36, by which is provided consistency of the mattress 4, while the horizontal plates 89 are connected to the arms 84, 87. If the mattress user requires a special mattress firmness or hardness of the mattress, fig 47, the arms of the elastic springs are designed so that they are made of four pairs of identical, perpendicularly placed broken (zigzag) arms 90, 91 , 92, 93, whereby the two pairs of arms integrally connected via a bottom 88, and the free ends of the elastic spring 5 make a horizontal plate 89.

Three-layer core 62 of the mattress 4, how it can be seen on figures 38, 39, 40, is made of elastic springs 53, which consists of three pairs of integrally connected elastic arms 70, 71 , 72, 73, 74, 75, whose end arms 70, 75 mutually equal to each other, and slightly smaller than in relation to the four inner arms 71 , 72, 73, 74, which are mutually identical, whereby the arms 71 ,72 and arms 73, 74 interconnected by bases 76, 77, which have already been described and are used for pulling the connecting strip 36. On the horizontal sides 56, 60 are two-part spring extensions 41 by which, as described above is secured the horizontal plate 50. In order to achieve a higher hardness to the horizontal side 60, as already described, is fixed a corrector 31. If there is no need to corrector 31 to be used, on the horizontal sides 55 is made a two-part extension 41 , by which the horizontal plate 50 is secured. On the figure 48 is shown the solution with three pairs equal perpendicularly placed broken (zigzag) arms 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99 interconnected through the bottom 88, through which are threaded plastic strips 36, which ensures the full consistency of the mattress 4, while the horizontal plates 89 are connected to the arms 94, 99. If the user requires a special mattress firmness or hardness of the mattress, Fig 49, the arms of elastic springs are designed so that they are made of six pairs of equal, perpendicularly placed broken (zigzag) arms 100, 101 , 102, 103, 104, 105, whereby two pairs of arms are connected integrally through the base 88, and free ends of elastic springs 5 are connected with horizontal plates 89. Elements shawn on the figures 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49 may be used for the manufacture of bedding tray of the subject bed,

It should be noted that all the described variant solutions can be implemented in an integrated form.
