Provided is a novel multiuse dismantling machine with which scrap, which is conventionally difficult to cut, can be easily cut, and which is suitable for performing dismantling work at various dismantling work sites. The multiuse dismantling machine comprises a hydraulic operation boom mounted on a self-propelled vehicle, pincers for scrap dismantling work that are attached to the distal end of the boom, and a shearing tool means that is fitted to the front or back of the vehicle, and that is capable of shearing an object to be scrapped, wherein the shearing tool means has a fulcrum at a derricking drive rotation center, and a force point that receives the force of a hydraulic actuator which expands/contracts at a height position lower than the fulcrum, and the shearing tool means comprises: a first jaw part including a tip blade, a first shearing blade, and a second shearing blade, and a second jaw part including a tip blade receiving blade, a pair of first shearing blade receiving blades, and a pair of second shearing blade receiving blades, the first and second jaw parts being mounted to relatively rotate between an opened position and a closed position and shear scrap with the shearing blades; and a hydraulic drive means that rotates the first jaw part and/or the second jaw part.
