Abstract:
Provided is a musical sound input device that exhibits excellent ease of operation. A musical sound input device (1) according to the present invention includes an operator group (20) and a body (30), wherein: in the operator group (20), five operators (2) arranged on the upper surface of the body (30) are set as one unit; the operators (2) each can be operated at at least three stages; in the body (30), a reference sound setting unit (31) sets five reference sounds having pitches different for each unit; an assignment unit (32) assigns, to each operator (2), a corresponding one of the reference sounds in a non-overlap manner and assigns, to each stage, a sound based on the reference sound; the reference sound and the sound based on the reference sound are different from each other in pitch; a stage detection unit (33) detects a stage at which an operator (2) has been operated; and an input unit (34) inputs the reference sound and/or the sound based on the reference sound corresponding to the operated operator (2) and the detected stage.
