Abstract:
Provided are a myricetin derivative, a preparing method and pharmaceutical composition thereof, an application of same in treating colitis, preventing and treating colitis tumorigenesis, and treating colorectal cancer, and a use of same in preparing a composition for regulating an activity of an endoplasmic reticulum stress signal molecule. The myricetin derivative has excellent water solubility, and has biological activity in significant inhibition of colitis, prevention and treatment of colitis tumorigenesis, and treatment of colorectal cancer. The preparing method of the myricetin derivative uses a cheap and available myricetrin as the starting material. The method has a low cost and provides a high yield and high product purity. The present invention can be used to achieve large scale industrial production, and has remarkable market value and promising economic prospect.
