A naked-eye 3D display device and a display method therefor, comprising: photographing a facial image when an observer faces a display screen of a naked-eye 3D display device (201); determining the spatial positions of the eyes of the observer relative to the display screen on the basis of the photographed facial image (202); determining, on the basis of the spatial positions of the eyes of the observer relative to the display screen and the spatial positions of naked-eye 3D viewing areas, a naked-eye 3D viewing area in which the eyes are located, the naked-eye 3D viewing areas comprising a left viewing area, a right viewing area, and crosstalk areas (203); and if the naked-eye 3D viewing area in which either the left eye or the right eye is located is determined to be one of the crosstalk areas, then switching a 3D image displayed by the display screen into a 2D image, or adjusting a display content of a display area corresponding to the crosstalk area (204). By switching the 3D image displayed by the display screen to the 2D image, the image observed by the eye located in the crosstalk area is either the 2D image or a separate left-eye image or right-eye image or a fully black image, thus reducing crosstalk between left and right images.
