Title:
NANO-PARTICLE BASED ON DNA PHOTOTHERMAL MELTING, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND APPLICATION THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/031320
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A nano-particle based on DNA photothermal melting, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The nano-particle comprises a polydopamine core, DNA double strands, and a gadolinium salt chelate. The DNA double strands are formed by hybridization of a DNA single strand 1 and a DNA single strand 2; one end of the DNA single strand 1 is linked to the polydopamine core by means of a chemical bond, and one end of the DNA single strand 2 is linked to a ligand of the gadolinium salt chelate by means of a chemical bond. The nano-particle can melt the double-stranded DNA by means of photothermal conversion to release an MRI contrast agent containing Gd, and the released MRI contrast agent can be metabolized by means of the kidney to be quickly excreted, thereby greatly reducing the potential toxicity problem caused by heavy metal ions within a time period of in-vivo circulation.
