Abstract:
A nano-zirconia dispersion, a preparation method therefor, the obtained single dispersion, and an optical film, relating to the field of fine chemical engineering. The amount of nano-zirconia particles contained in the nano-zirconia dispersion is 45-75wt%, and the refractive index is 1.420-1.565. It is found by means of infrared spectroscopy characterization that the surfaces of the nano-zirconia particles are grafted with functional groups having the following peaking intervals: a hydroxyl group: 3200 cm-1-3600 cm-1, Zr-O-Zr: 480 cm-1-850 cm-1, a saturated hydrocarbon bond: 2850 cm-1-2960 cm-1, ester carbonyl: 1700 cm-1-1750 cm-1, a delocalized conjugated ester group: 1460 cm-1-1580 cm-1, Si-O-Zr: 800 cm-1-1200 cm-1, and a C-O ether bond: 1000 cm-1-1200 cm-1. The nano-zirconia dispersion has a high dispersion content, the dispersion content of the nano-zirconia single dispersion obtained on the basis of the nano-zirconia dispersion can reach 55-85wt%, the refractive index can reach 1.620-1.720, and the refractive index of a high refractive coating can be greatly improved in the subsequent preparation of a brightness enhancement film or an anti-reflection film or the like, so that the performance of the film is improved.
