Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a nanofiber laminate for fat adsorption having an effectively increased adsorption rate while maintaining the rate of oil adsorption, as well as a method for estimating the fat adsorption rate of a nanofiber aggregate for fat adsorption and a method for estimating the volume of a nanofiber aggregate for fat adsorption following fat adsorption. [Solution] A nanofiber aggregate 1 for fat adsorption has an average fiber diameter d between 1,000 nm and 2,000 nm, inclusive, and a bulk density ρb between 0.01 g/cm3 and 0.2 g/cm3, inclusive. The nanofiber aggregate 1 for fat adsorption can effectively increase the adsorption rate while maintaining the rate of fat adsorption.
