Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a graphene nanofiber and a nonwoven fabric using a fluid having an ultrahigh stretch ratio by utilizing a high-voltage electrospinning process. Compared with other methods (a wet spinning process and air-assisted spinning) for manufacturing a graphene fiber, the diameter of the graphene fiber acquired per the present method is finer (roughly 100-500 nm), the yield is higher, and the mechanical and electrical properties of the fiber itself are better. A method for manufacturing an ultrafine graphene nanofiber and a nonwoven fabric by electrospinning a polymer/graphene oxide mixed spinning fluid system (the polymer being sodium polyacrylate), the process is highly efficient and environmentally friendly, the graphene nanofiber produced is currently the finest graphene fiber.
