Title:
NANOMESH MULTILAYER BODY, METHOD FOR PRODUCING CONDUCTIVE CIRCUIT AND NANOMESH BONDING KIT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/241685
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a nanomesh multilayer body which is capable of easily placing a conductive nanomesh material in a desired position, and which is not susceptible to the occurrence of distortion at the time of bonding. The problem is solved by a nanomesh multilayer body wherein (A) a net-like base material and (B) a nanomesh layer that is mainly composed of a polyvinyl alcohol resin are stacked to be adjacent to each other, preferably by a nanomesh multilayer body wherein (B) a nanomesh layer that is mainly composed of a polyvinyl alcohol resin and (C) a conductive substance layer are arranged on top of (A) a net-like base material.
