Abstract:
In view of the lack of targeted anticancer drugs in the prior art, provided is a naphthylamine compound and a biologically acceptable salt thereof, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The naphthylamine compound and the biologically acceptable salt thereof provided in the present invention can bind to a protein site related to a neoplastic disease in an organism by means of a functional group in the structure thereof, and hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interaction occurs with a receptor so as to achieve the purpose of inhibiting tumor cell proliferation.
