Abstract:
The present invention relates to a heating system comprising at least one raw material inlet (1) through which the cold raw material enters into at least one extruder sleeve (F), at least one raw material outlet (2) which allows the melted hot raw material to exit the system, at least one extruder conveying-compressing screw (A) which is located in the extruder sleeve (F) and serves to convey and compress the raw material to be heated, an extruder screw movement group (C) which provides the required force to move the extruder conveying-compressing screw (A), burners (B) which are placed at regular intervals so as not to come into direct contact with the outer surface of the extruder sleeve (F) and which homogeneously heat the outer surface of the extruder sleeve (F) by burning the combustible gas entering into the system and by conveying the heat largely with infrared radiation.
