Abstract:
A natural product pulse pressure cold extraction method, comprising: dissolving a plant-derived substance rich in natural product in water while crushing said plant-derived substance or keeping same in the original shape, to obtain a plant-derived substance aqueous solution; and then stirring and well mixing the plant-derived substance aqueous solution, loading the solution into a flexible packaging material, sealing the flexible packaging material, and performing pulse pressure cold extraction. Cold extraction of various plant-derived natural products can be achieved after treatment with the method of the present invention. Degradation and oxidation of natural products in traditional extraction processes are avoided, the functionality and activity of the natural products are effectively reserved, the extraction efficiency is improved, the application range is wide, and industrial mass production is facilitated.
