Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of negative electrode materials, and provides a negative electrode material, a preparation method therefor and a lithium-ion battery. The negative electrode material comprises an aggregate, the aggregate comprising an active substance and a carbon material. The negative electrode material has a porosity of ≤10%. A proportion C in a target region of the negative electrode material is ≥15%, the proportion C in the target region being obtained by the following testing method: dividing a SEM section of negative electrode material particles into regions with an area of A×B, A and B both being ≤ 1 micron, and counting the distribution of active substance in all regions of the single negative electrode material particles, a number of regions where the distance between the active substances is 10 nm to 300 nm is counted as N1, the total number of regions where the distance between the active substances is less than 10 nm and more than 300 nm is counted as N2, a target region ratio X of a single negative electrode material particle is defined as X=N1/N2, and C is the arithmetic mean value of the X values of any five of the negative electrode material particles. The negative electrode material provided in the present disclosure can effectively inhibit volume expansion of the negative electrode material and increase the cycle performance of a battery.
