Abstract:
Disclosed are a negative-pressure barrel type single pile gripper construction mechanism and a construction method thereof, wherein the construction mechanism comprises a negative-pressure barrel type single pile gripper body and a pile gripping mechanism; pile legs, pile driving platforms, a negative-pressure barrel base, a connecting shaft, an insertion pin device, wedges, a flange, a pump room, a pile driving frame, an adjusting rod mechanism, a negative-pressure barrel, pile driving platform sleeves, the pile gripping mechanism, a connector, a gripping ring, rolling wheels, an air cylinder installation support and an air cylinder are arranged on the negative-pressure barrel type single pile gripper body; and the pile driving platforms are symmetrically arranged above and below a pile column of the negative-pressure barrel type single pile holder body, such that the whole structure of the negative-pressure barrel type single pile holder body is stable. In the negative-pressure barrel type single-pile gripping device body, all pile gripping and driving work can be completed using only one crane ship, and the pile gripping base is connected and fixed in the form of the negative-pressure barrel, so that the time and cost required for lifting the pile legs are avoided, and the efficiency of the pile gripping and driving operations can also be improved.
