Abstract:
A neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, and a raw material composition thereof, preparation method therefor and use thereof. The neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material contains the following components: 24.0-29.0% Nd, 3.0-6.0% RH, 0.1-0.3% Cu, 1.0-4.0% Co, 0.1-0.6% Ga, 0.3-0.5% Nb, 0.0-0.3% Ti, 0.90-1.02% B, and the remainder is FE and unavoidable impurities. The percentages refer to the mass percentages in the neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material, and RH is a heavy rare earth element. Under conditions in which Br≥1.29 T and Hcj≥1933 kA/m, the neodymium iron boron permanent magnet material achieves excellent performance in which the absolute value of a magnetic flux temperature coefficient α at a temperate interval of 20°C-100°C is less than or equal to 0.085%/°C, and can meet performance requirements for power motors, computers, electronic products and other precision instruments.
