Disclosed in the present invention are a network data scheduling method and an edge node, the method being used in the edge node, and the method comprising: reading scheduling policy information of a target domain name, the scheduling policy information at least comprising a network scheduling ratio threshold; for a target connection accessing the target domain name, on the basis of the current network scheduling ratio and the network scheduling ratio threshold under the target domain name, setting a scheduling identifier for the target connection, the scheduling identifier being used for expressing the network scheduling mode used for data packets transmitted by the target connection. The technical solution provided in the present application can improve the quality of data transmission in the network.
