Abstract:
Provided are a network deployment method and system, and a communication apparatus, relating to the technical field of communications. The method comprises: an SDN controller acquiring routing information of an overlay network where a port due to go online is located and routing information of an overlay network where a port to be connected is located, wherein one of the two overlay networks is a host overlay network, and the other is a network overlay network; and the SDN controller respectively synchronizing the routing information of the overlay network where the port due to go online is located and the routing information of the overlay network where the port to be connected is located to peer sides, and establishing a network connection on the basis of the synchronized routing information. By means of the network deployment method provided by the embodiments of the present application, automatic VTEP discovery and dynamic tunnel establishment between a host overlay network and a network overlay network are realized on the basis of SDN technology, and a data plane can realize networking intercommunication of a hybrid overlay without using a VXLAN gateway.
