Abstract:
The embodiments of the present application disclose a network parameter adjustment method and a network management device, relating to the field of communications. The method optimizes cluster performance by means of adjusting a network parameter for each cell within a cluster. Said method comprises: determining state information for a first cell group, wherein said state information is used for indicating a traffic counter indicator for the first cell group, the first cell group comprising at least two cells, and the performance of the at least two cells mutually influencing each other; determining a target value of a first network parameter for each cell within the first cell group according to the state information for the first cell group and a network parameter recommendation algorithm; the network parameter recommendation algorithm is used to describe a correlation between state information, a network parameter, and a performance indicator for the first cell group, wherein a first performance indicator for the first cell group is best when the value of the first network parameter for every cell is the corresponding target value.
