Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a network timing method and device. The network timing method comprises: upon receiving a self-adaptive timing instruction, obtaining past timing data prior to a current time-point; calculating the total past timing difference corresponding to each past timing time-point; according to the total past timing difference corresponding to each past timing time-point, obtaining the total current timing difference of the current time-point by using a preset algorithm; determining the difference between the total current timing difference and the total past timing difference of the latest past timing time-point among the past timing time-points to be the timing difference of the current time-point; and adjusting the time of the current time-point according to the timing difference of the current time-point, thereby completing the present instance of self-adaptive timing. According to the present solution, redundant data volume in a network can be reduced while ensuring the accuracy of device time.
