Abstract:
This invention comprises a determination unit 12 that acquires, from an initial image capturing a concrete surface of a dried reinforced concrete, a characteristic color of the concrete, analyzes a first image capturing the concrete surface after the reinforced concrete has been sprayed with water, and determines that a part having a prescribed color difference to the characteristic color is a crack, and an estimation unit 13 that analyzes a second image capturing the concrete surface after the crack has been impregnated with water and then dried and uses the color around the crack to estimate whether the inside of the crack is neutralized.
