The invention relates to a new generation food cutting machine capable of performing procedures such as cutting, crushing, mixing and crumbling of organic materials of every kind. It has a cutter blade system rotating with the drive of an electric engine inside the bowls of different capacities (2-15 liters). Rotational speed and direction of the blades in said system is controlled by means of various engines and electrical vehicles, thereby enabling the acquirement of the desired product.

Thanks to the bowl cover (1) sealing developed as a camber, outflow of the liquid material within the bowl is prevented. Material may be added through the hole in the middle of the bowl cover (1), and it is also designed such that an upper and lower scraper (2, 3) may be attached. The cover is fixed to the bowl by attaching strong stainless steel latches (8) to the protrusions on the sides of the cover. There is a magnet driving the magnet shaft (6) on the bowl cover (1).

The lower and upper scrapers (2, 3) consist of two parts. The scraper upper part (2) on the upper portion of the cover (1) is for driving of the lower part. On this part, there are spread arms providing ergonomics, and enabling the possibility of rotation with two hands. There is one hole each at the end of these arms to put a finger therein. At the lower portion of the scraper upper part (2), there are connection latches (2.1). These arms are manufactured of a flexible material. The cover (1) is pressed with the interlocking of the scraper upper part (2) and the scraper lower part (3), thereby rendering the lower and the upper scraper (2, 3) integral with the cover (1). Interlocking of the lower and the upper part starts with the seating of the connection latches (2.1) to the hole in the center of the lower part (3) from the broader portion and becoming narrowed inwards. The scraper upper part (2) is rotated 90 degrees, and the connection latches are reopened after reaching a broader region after the narrowing, and the locking of the same. The flexible arms (2.1) are narrowed with hand power to open the lock, and the parts are separated from each other by rotating 90 degrees in reverse directions. Locking with rotating 90 degrees prevents the separation and failing of the scraper lower part (3) in case of uncomplete seating of the latches. After firstly seating and then rotating 90 degrees, the latch lock serves to prevent any misuse. Thanks to this difference from similar devices and systems, misassumption of the locking of the lower and upper part (2, 3) despite uncomplete locking is prevented, thereby providing an additional safety in rapid, professional kitchen environments.

In Fig. 6, there is shown the linear, exploded view of the cover of the cutting machine of the invention. There are cover and bowl scraper blades (15, 16) on the scraper lower part. Said blades are manufactured of a soft, plastic-based material, and designed to be detachable to the bearings for cleaning and changing in case of wearing. There are two cover scraper blades on both sides in the upper portion.

Said scraper rubber blades perform the cover-scraping procedure during the procedure. The bowl scraper blade (16) on the side cleans the material deposited on the bowl side by scraping off. In the similar applications, the mere function of such scrapers is to perform the scraping procedure by cleaning the bowl and the top of the cover. The novelty in said scraper is the unique shape of the bowl scraper arm of the scraper lower part (3). This arm, unlike general applications, has a broad structure not only functioning to carry the scraper blade. The bowl has a blade structure standing with a certain angle to the center axis. This blade angle in compatible with the blade rotating direction directs the material processed inside the bowl to the bowl center. Normally, the material tending to be deposited into the sides of the bowl due to the centrifugal forces is directed to the bowl center, thereby remarkably shortening the procedure period. Shortening of the procedure period both enables an efficiency increase and a minimum heating of the product due to shorter procedure period, and prevention of the deformation of the same. Even when the scraper is not rotated, said directing procedure is realized. The machine body is formed by assembling the aluminum plates covering a sheet body (11) with rounded comers from the top and the bottom with the aid of long screws. The long screws are passed through the foots (13), and screwed to the lower plate and then to the upper plate. The sheet body (11) is pressed, and the machine body becomes mounted. There is the engine and electric equipment within this body. The sheet body (11) is easy to clean due to its oval comers. The lower and upper plates function as a carrier for connection of the engine and the assembly of other parts.

The sensor shaft (9) on the machine body feels the movable magnet within the magnet shaft on the handle, and sends a signal to the machine depending on whether the bowl and the cover is in position or not Also, the spring-loaded mechanism on said shaft enables the locking of the bowl by resting on the sensor shaft (9). There is a pipe within the bowl, and a mouth on said pipe. Said mouth is seated on the L-channeled bowl lock (10), and the bowl is rotated. The magnet shaft (6) mounted onto the handle during the rotation of the bowl is seated onto the spring-loaded mechanism on the sensor shaft (9), and fixation thereof is enabled. When it is desired to remove the bowl, the magnet shaft (6) is released from said spring-loaded mechanism with a force. The magnet shaft (6) is integrated into the bowl carrier handle (5). The magnet on the bowl cover (1) triggers the movable mechanism within the magnet shaft (6) without any contact. Thusly, the magnet under the magnet shaft (6) is moved downwards. After the placement of the bowl (1) into the position and onto the cover, said magnet is felt by the sensor shaft (9). Thusly, work safety is enabled by sending a signal specifying that the machine is ready to operate.

The machine is manufactured with two different types, i.e., a multifunctional Lexan control panel (12) or a buttoned control panel (14). There are the functions of pulse operation, continuous operation and stopping on the buttoned control panel. Besides, there are speed selection buttons for double-speed engines. Besides, there are speed selection buttons for speed adjustable engines. There are additional functions of returning, starting, stopping, speed selection, pulse operation and high speed operation on the Lexan control panel (12) by means of pressing two buttons at the same time. In case of high speed mode, the engine operates with a rotational speed over 6000 as appropriate to realize the grinding procedure.

There is a handle (5) to carry the bowl (1) of the machine and to evacuate the contents thereof. There is the magnet shaft (6) within this handle (5) manufactured of plastic or aluminum. Said handle (5) consists of a first part (5.1) fixed to the bowl and a second part (5.2) screwed thereon. The magnet shaft (6) is interposed and fixed during the assembly. The pouring handle (7) is fixed to the bowl opposite of the bowl handle (5). The material within the bowl may become heavy, and two handles may be required for a balanced carrying. Said pouring handle (7) has a carrier function at the opposite of the main handle (5). At the same time, it has been designed to function as a pouring mouth unlike other handle applications. Thanks to the twist-formed edge and the notch on the end thereof of said pouring handle (7), the fluid material processed in the machine flows from the bowl side to the pouring handle (7) using the main handle (5), and then downwards in a controlled manner. In the known application, enabling the flowing of the material from the bowl sides constitutes an uncontrolled procedure. The pouring handle (7) resembling to a pitcher mouth controls the flow, and enables a smooth flow. Thusly, a more ergonomic and user friendly discharge procedure becomes possible. The blade body (4) is the carrier structure of the blades performing the cutting procedure of the machine. The cutting machine of the invention may proceed with its functions with the aid of the blade extension piece (18) which can be added in desired numbers and the blade body main part (17) to reach various dimensions without the need for changing the numbers of the cutting blades, the distance between the blades and the general blade body dimension as the bowl dimensions change. There are cutting blades (20) with a special profile attached on top of said extension part (18). Positioning and fixation of said blades (20) is enabled by means of distance adjustment rings (19) fitting onto the extension parts. The structure is finally fixed with bolts (22) by being pressed with the clamping collar (21).

The notches with a 120 degree-distance on the blade extension parts (18) and the cutting blades (20) enable the body structures with 2 or 3 cutting blades. The extension parts (18) pass through each other, thereby constituting a solid structure. Similarly, the extension part (18) on the top seats into the main part (17). In order to enable a fixation in the returning direction, there are three notches with 120 degrees on the telescoping portion.

These notches seat into the corresponding slots on the other side, and prevent the rotation of the parts over one another. The damping collar (21) on the part enables fixation in the rotation direction. There is a metal bush (17.1) within the blade body main part (17). The rotation shaft driven by the engine seats onto said metal bush (17.1). With the drive of said bush (17.1), the whole blade body performs the rotating movement. There is a water discharge channel (23) on the blade body main part. Thanks to this gap, an effective deaning is enabled, and water is discharged therefrom during the washing.
