Abstract:
A new medical machinery cleaning structure having sterilization and disinfection functions and a usage method therefor. A stirring blade (9) is disposed around the lower end of a first shaft (8), and the described structure implements a stirring function for articles within a water storage tank (3). Several through-holes are provided at both ends of a cleaning rack (22) so as to facilitate the cleaning of small medical machinery within the cleaning rack (22) and facilitate uniform and fast cleaning. An intelligent controller (24) is used to adjust the length of an electronic telescopic rod (4) so that an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (6) is located at a position on an inner side of the cleaning rack (22), thus being conducive to same disinfecting and sterilizing the cleaned small medical machinery and preventing cross-infection. In addition, the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp (6) further has a function of heating and drying. By means of the operation of a second rotating motor (17), a second shaft (18) is rotated to thereby drive the rotation of a turntable (19) so that the cleaning rack (22) is more conducive to cleaning in a rotation process. Water after cleaning is guided to the lower end of a structural body (1) by means of the guidance of a guide plate (20) and a guide pipe (21), and is finally collected by means of a water outlet.
